Process and packaging design for frozen ice cream fruit bars


CDE redesigned the frozen bar extractor that is used to remove the ice cream bar from the moulds to solve a client’s manual handling issue.

This complex task involved ensuring ongoing safety and reliability to maximise uptime.

Plant layout and conveyor sizing were incorporated to ensure efficiency and affordability.
